Cybernex Computers offer telephone based technical support, advice and general technical information related to it's manufactured products, this is provided Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm (excluding Bank & Public Holidays).

Maintenance Service

Next Business Day On-site Response

Response by the end of the next working day, available 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.

We will endeavour to provide an on-site engineer by the end of the next business day, provided a support technician agrees and accepts a system fault call before 4:00pm that day.

Same Business Day 4 Hour On-site Response

Response within 4 working hours, available 8 hours a day, 5 days per week.

We will endeavour to provide an on-site engineer within four hours of the customer's call, provided a support technician agrees and accepts a system fault call before 1:00pm that day. Calls booked after this time will be attended before 1:00pm the following working day.
